The Vivienne Westwood Nova Cocotte.







The corset and neckline are inspired by fashionable high society women of the 18th-century – which sweeps across the shoulders and cinches at the waist. The skirt falls from the hip in a soft slim A-line, folding and flowing delicately to create a drape reminiscent of ancient Greek statues.  This gown is a heavy silk satin, in a silk white colour.







Purchased from Bloom Australia in January 2025 and worn for my wedding in September 2025.



It is in great condition and it comes with the original Vivienne Westwood packaging including garment bag and branded hanger.

Alterations:



- The hem (which has room to be let out a little). I am 162cm and wore 7.5cm heels.



- Stitches have been used for the draping along the chest. These are be let out and adjusted.







Condition: Worn for my ceremony before changing into a second dress. The gown has been professionally dry cleaned by Vivienne Westwood recommended cleaners. It is in great condition, with a couple of minimal imperfections. There are some small grazes on the bottom of the train from walking on gravel.



There is a small imperfection/ pull on the back, near the seam, which is covered by the natural draping of the dress. Happy to share more photos of these.
