J'Aton Couture Two-Piece Custom Italian Silk Gown

Working with Jacob at J’Aton to bring this vision to life was truly unforgettable—one of my favourite experiences in the lead-up to our wedding. The process was collaborative, creative, and deeply personal. I wanted something fashion-forward yet timeless—structured but understated.



The result was a two-piece bridal ensemble that evolved with the day. The first look featured a pinched-bust gown layered with a high-neck bolero, creating a sculptural silhouette. We chose to use the matte side of the silk facing outward for a vintage Chanel-inspired finish—soft, refined, and quietly luxurious. A central front seam lent subtle structure and elongation, balanced by the clean jewel neckline.



Embroidered across the back in delicate, tone-on-tone stitching was the phrase “Più vita con te”—more life with you—our personal motto and the sentiment that defined the day. The gown was completed with a discreet invisible zip, a small train, and a hidden loop for effortless movement (and, of course, for dancing).
