Inside Grace Beverley and Amar Daved’s Three-Day South of France Wedding

An affair written in light and rhythm

Between the vineyards and cypress trees of Provence, entrepreneur and podcaster Grace Beverley married fashion photographer Amar Daved in a celebration that unfolded like a symphony of fashion, music and Mediterranean romance. Theirs was a union that blended the precision of a brand founder with the instinctive artistry of a photographer, played out across two French estates that had never before opened their doors to weddings.

The Couple & Setting

The festivities began at Domaine de Bagatelle, a seventeenth-century manor surrounded by olive groves and endless vines. Guests gathered for a candlelit welcome dinner beneath chestnut trees, where festoon lights glowed softly against the terracotta façade. “We wanted everyone to feel completely at home for three days,” Grace shared. “From the moment they arrived, we wanted that relaxed, familiar energy, like Christmas Eve but a million times better.”

The following day, the celebration moved to Domaine de Lavy, an elegant estate framed by cypress trees and golden hills. For both properties, it was their first-ever wedding, a fitting debut for a couple known for breaking tradition and writing their own rules.

Fashion & Beauty

In true Grace Beverley style, fashion played a starring role. The bride collaborated with Kate Halfpenny of Halfpenny London to create two custom gowns, architectural, sculptural, yet innately feminine.

For the ceremony, Grace wore a fully corseted gown with layers of tulle and a structured duchess satin peplum bodice featuring a draped neckline and exaggerated hips. “I wanted it to feel structural but still soft, fashion-forward yet timeless,” she said. The silhouette celebrated her shape, balanced between modern couture and classic romance.

For the evening, she changed into a second Halfpenny design, a liquid satin gown with soft draping and floral embroidery of orchids, irises and sunflowers, honouring Amar’s heritage and the flower from their first date.

Her jewellery, by Boodles, included Fifth Avenue orange diamond earrings, a Florentine oval sapphire ring and a platinum diamond tennis bracelet, echoing her polished, confident style. Beauty came courtesy of Armani Beauty, who had orchestrated the couple’s 2023 engagement at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, a full circle moment that saw the brand return for the wedding itself.

The Ceremony

At Domaine de Lavy, vows were exchanged beneath the cypress trees, framed by urns overflowing with white hydrangeas. Having married legally in London a week earlier, Grace and Amar crafted a deeply personal ceremony with handwritten vows. “We wanted the day to feel intimate and intentional,” Grace said.

Guests arrived along tree-lined avenues to the sound of a string quartet before gathering for champagne and canapés on the lawn. The tone was elegant but relaxed, the effortless confidence that defines Grace’s brand and personal style.

Reception & Party

Dinner was held al fresco, one long table set beneath the Provençal sky, illuminated by hundreds of candles instead of florals. “We wanted it to feel like the world’s most magical dinner party,” Grace said. “Candles, bread rolls, letters for every guest, that was all we needed.”

As the sun set, three heartfelt speeches gave way to an evening designed for dancing. The soundtrack, curated by ALR Music (who scored Sofia Richie’s 2023 wedding), transitioned the night into a full-scale celebration. By midnight, guests were ushered to a secret after-party in a converted barn complete with lighting rigs, DJs and a pick-and-mix station, a scene that mirrored Grace’s talent for orchestrated spontaneity.

Le Club 25: The Pool Party

On Sunday, the couple hosted Le Club 25, a playful homage to the Riviera’s Club 55, blending the energy of La Guérite with the languid charm of Loulou Ramatuelle. Guests arrived to branded towels and caps, oysters passed around the pool and a line-up of DJ sets that evolved into a sun-drenched dance floor. “You can’t ask your guests to fly to the South of France and not take them to a beach club,” Grace laughed. “We didn’t want a recovery day, we wanted to end on a high.”

The atmosphere was equal parts effortless and extravagant, a final note that felt distinctly them.

Personal Touches

Every element of the weekend reflected the couple’s shared worlds of creativity and entrepreneurship. Grace’s planning precision shone through in the meticulous coordination of venues, branding and design details, while Amar’s photographic eye infused the weekend with cinematic beauty. From the floral embroidery that told their story to the croque monsieur station that fuelled the after-party, every detail felt both luxurious and personal.

A Final Reflection

As the final notes of music faded and guests danced barefoot by the pool, Grace and Amar’s South of France celebration became more than a wedding. It was a portrait of partnership, creativity and intention. “Our only goal was for everyone to feel spoiled and to leave feeling like they’d had a proper holiday,” Grace said. “And that’s exactly how it felt, pure joy from start to finish.”
