Established in 2019 by Melbournian Alexandra Collins, One Mimosa Please was born from a longstanding passion for creativity. With a formal degree in Design Arts and personal experiences in wedding planning, Alexandra identified a gap in the market for elevated and bespoke wedding stationery. She soon began merging her love of design and connection, resulting in a unique and cherished service.
Alexandra’s approach is deeply personal, forming meaningful bonds with each couple and brand she works with. “The bond I establish with each couple and every brand is significant to me. It’s not merely a transactional business interaction; I see it as a pivotal role in one of the most significant moments in their lives. Recognising and cherishing this fact before diving into any project is the most precious aspect of this job and an enriching experience,” says Alexandra.
What started as a venture to deliver exquisite wedding stationery has blossomed into a business offering exceptional custom design services for various occasions, from baby showers to brand launches. One Mimosa Please boasts an impressive roster of clients, including NET-A-PORTER, ZIMMERMANN, JAGGAD, L’Oreal (Australia & New Zealand), Scanlan Theodore, Puma, and Coco and Lola. Alexandra continues to drive the business forward by embracing uniqueness and translating vintage references into modern design stories, blending the old and new to reinvent symbols of love, elegance, and opulence.
