Damien is a dreamer and nomad at heart. His deep passion for photography blossomed from his love of travel and exploring new cultures. Since photographing his first wedding in 2013, he has been captivated by the unique opportunity weddings provide to glimpse into people’s lives and tell their stories on one of their most important days.

His work is best described as natural, raw, and timeless. Damien believes the most authentic way to capture a story is to allow the day to unfold naturally, providing subtle guidance only when it comes to lighting and location for portraits. Light is the core of his work, and he eagerly experiments with it intentionally and artfully.

Based in the Blue Mountains, Damien regularly travels to Europe to visit family and photograph a limited number of destination weddings. All his photography packages include digital and analog 35mm coverage on his Leica M6, allowing him to stay present and capture moments soulfully and intentionally.
