Lolita Jacobs, French Stylist, Who Wore A White Shirt To Her Wedding

She has a brand with her friends called Coperni Femme and she is a Style Director at Courreges. Jacobs born and raised in Paris has mastered the art of je-ne-sais-quoi (effortless style). As a consultant and muse for the Coperni Femme Brand, Lolita Jacobs boasts all the energy for of someone blazing her very own trail with verve and determination.

Lolita Jacobs got married with Jean- Baptiste Talbourdet Napoleone, the creative director of M Le Magazine Du Monde. The couple held an intimate city hall ceremony in Saint- Tropez, followed by a traditional reception under the sun in the French Riviera.

Being a stylist, Jacobs went outside the box for all three (yes, three) of her wedding looks, taking traditional elements and pairing them with modern pieces.

Her first look of the night before the wedding was a sheer Jacquemus Mohair knit dress featuring a square-neckline, full length sleeves and a hip-high slit. The bride paired the piece with a long gold chain and white sandals.

The flowers were picked from the market that morning.

But one outfit in particular caught our attention: The white Azzededine Alaia shirt. The Parisian it-girl paired this with Manolo Blahnik red flats (a homage to her mother, who also married in red) and a floor length veil for her civil ceremony. It was one of the most unconventional and also most talked about wedding dress of 2018. Her overall look was minimalist. Jacobs wore natural makeup and simple wavy locks subtly tucked behind a floor-length veil.

After the registry was signed, the couple jetted off to their reception, where Jacobs changed into a mermaid Alaia dress, worn with sandals.

All three of her looks embodied the ireevernce and effortless concept of the ‘French girl’ which provided an invigorating twist on the norm.
